The Existence of 90 Power and the Time Joe Black Took In a Ball Game

On the 20-80 scale is it possible to own 90 power? I say yes, and cite baseball’s first casualty of its higgs-boson-like existence. In October 1862, a 21-year-old Jim Creighton smacked the shit out of a ball with such torque that he caused his own death. The result of the play was a homerun, and Jim rounded the bases on his own strength. Upon crossing home plate, he remarked to a teammate that he had heard a snap while swinging, which he had thought was his own belt. Turns out, that snap was Jim’s bladder rupturing, likely out of sheer awe. He died four days later.
